  It's one person here who helped my family member. She's not even a CNA worker but she took time and helped us. Now my cousin is no longer here. This place should be closed permenatly! They left him in feces for a week and told us it's nothing they can do. He laid in pissy sheets with feces on that as well. He wasn't getting feed, they would let him sleep and then tell us oh he won't let anyone work with him so it's nothing we can do. He hadn't had medicine because they can't make him take it, I had to drive over an hour away to get him a shower. They had him out watching tv and he tried to stand up and fell. I was told about it an hour later, and when I asked is he hurt I was told no. Not even 3 hours later I received another call saying he fell again and bust his lip. They finally sent him to the hospital and didn't call me until 2 hours later to say he's already there. Now my cousin is no longer there and we're trying to find something better. The staff is very nonchalant and have attitudes especially over the phone . These are the ppl you have to trust with your family's life. I wish the state would shut them down. No matter if you can't afford a high end place for your family they shouldn't be subject to this. On top of everything they had my cousin sleeping on the floor,just a mattress like he's a dog. It's sad there is no compassion at this place. More ppl need to call the nursing home neglect line and report this
