  I am a patient with Dr. Lamberson for years. In Oct. I was in a car accident. I have received care about every two weeks since. The best part is the injections in my knees have helped and the epidurals by Dr. Cox were amazing. Dr. Cox helped me will the nerve damage. I am happy to refer all my friends and family. What I like best is they are never in a hurry to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.

  Came to have a follow-up/referral for an ankle fracture x-rayed at a Walk in Center. The nurse and Dr. looked at it, unwrapped the ace bandage and said it looked bruised. Less than 10 minutes of time total. Offered a lace up brace for $135 (Amazon for $18.95) and made a copy of MY ex ray. Did NOTHING and said my bill would be $675.00 !!!! They had all of my insurance info and copies of insurance card days before appointment. Never offered any info or payment amounts.
  Because I was diagnosed with a fracture- that was found out three days before, there was no deduction of bill. I would NEVER recommend this place!
  
  All insurance fees, especially $675 should have been explained before visit.
  I will be lodging an insurance complaint as well. Total ripoff. Buyer and patient be aware of this practice. No wonder no one can afford their insurance with such fraud as this!

  NOW THE BILL IS $909! They did nothing, the manager called me I have followed up with Jennifer three times , she does not return phone calls. I walked in and walked out with the same wrap I had on my ankle. I have talked to the original Dr. who took the original x-ray at the walk-in center and he can't believe it. They took a look at my x-ray, made a copy of it and sent me on my way. They said "yes it's broken"--I have tried to deal with them on a professional basis and they hide behind their phones. Not only did the bill not get adjusted, it went up $230! Now they charge $175 for a NEW PATIENT charge? They had my insurance information before I arrived, and never once discussed the cost of the visit. I expected a co-pay of $50-$100. CIGNA insurance has also been informed of this total rip off.

  Very misleading staff. Miscommunicate , just to get you off the phone. My Trust at this location as a referral was below standards. If you are not an regular seen patient. You definitely will be treated poorly. The front desk staff..... shame on you for very below ratings!!

  My issues were corrected. Thank you for the great service, and making things right. The staff and office is now a FIVE ⭐️ I was a satisfied patient when I left.
